Mr. Batchelder is responsible for strategic business development and growth of the Military Health accounts for Dynanet Corporation.
Mr. Batchelder has over 25 years of experience in sales, business development and program management in the federal market space. He spent a decade as the business manager of a global $550 million Naval Supply Command contract for systems integrator Federal Data Corporation. He also opened and managed an office for the company in support of the Naval Air Systems Command in Paxutent River, MD, where he established new contracts and customers and was awarded over $25M in new business over a two-year span. After Federal Data Corporation, Mr. Batchelder spent many years as a Senior Account Manager focusing on the Military selling enterprise software solutions. His customers included all branches of the military plus the joint combatant commands.
Mr. Batchelder has a history of introducing innovative “game changing” technologies and solutions to federal government clients. He was the initial federal account manager for VMWare growing the federal business over 100% year over year. He worked with multiple federal customers in both civilian and military accounts and with major integrators to introduce server “virtualization” technology into their IT enterprise resulting in millions of dollars of savings in IT expenses.
Prior to joining Dynanet, he supported the Defense Health Agency for over eight years as the both a Senior Account Executive and Program Management at Acentia. He led the strategic direction of business development and corporate market offerings in the Military Health Division focusing on Health IT.
He holds an ITIL v3 Foundations and DAU Level 1 certification. He is also an active member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Mr. Batchelder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park.
